Start a new ritual, together: Matcha & Mindfulness Workshops

Summer is a perfect time to reset.
Not with resolutions or big declarations — but with small, nourishing practices that ground you and bring you back to yourself.
That’s exactly what this workshop was created for.
We’ve teamed up with Grand Risko to host Matcha & Mindfulness Workshops beginning in Toronto.
There are 2 dates in June with limited spots available.
Read on for more and links to join us.
It’s part guided journaling session, part matcha-making ritual, and part cozy community gathering. No stress, no pressure. Just a moment to pause, connect, and create something meaningful — within and around you.
What to expect
We’ll start with a guided grounding followed by a mindful journaling session, which will offer prompts and reflection questions to help you tune in. This is time for you — no pressure to share, no performance.
Just a pen and a nice notebook, and whatever comes through.
Next, we’ll transition into the hands-on matcha portion. You’ll learn how to whisk your own iced matcha latte with, using traditional tools and Maker Matcha.
And of course, you’ll get to enjoy your refreshing creation right there.
You’ll leave with:
A quality, sustainable mini journal for your continued reflections
A set of matcha tools: chasen (whisk), chashaku (scoop), and stainless steel sieve
The knowledge (and confidence) to recreate the ritual at home
A deeper sense of presence and clarity
New connections with like-minded folks
Tins of Maker Matcha will also be there to purchase, so you can keep the ritual going on your own terms, in your own space.
Who is this for?
This is for someone craving something slower, more mindful — whether you're matcha-curious, journaling-curious, or just in need of an hour to unplug and reset.
You don’t need to be “good” at mindfulness or have the perfect morning routine. You don’t need to drink matcha daily (yet). All you need is a little curiosity and a willingness to be present.
Come solo or bring a friend — either way, this space is for you.
